The hotel was a mixed bag for me. The rooms were very good, clean, and tidy, always ready to smile and help. However, the kids play area was a bit dark, noisy, and barren, so I had to ask for a better room at reception.
The hotel rooms were spectacular, exactly as depicted in the pictures. The water kettle, coffee machine, and tea options were great amenities to have. However, the room had a slight damp smell, especially noticeable in the darkness, despite undergoing reconstruction recently.
The hotel is in a convenient location close to the beach with spacious rooms and friendly and helpful staff. However, the dining options are a bit disappointing. The facilities are well-kept and satisfactory.
